iTwinge? Seriously?
September 17th, 2009You have to check this out. Wired thinks it may be a hoax. This is the iTwinge, due out in November. This slips over your iPhone keyboard and gives it the typing functionality of a Blackberry.

You can better believe we filed this under “worthless iPhone accessories.” Twice.
Think about it, for $30 you really want to slide this thing on to your iPhone so you can type? And remember, when you are done typing and want to get into Safari, your iPod, Mail, phone or whatever the hell else you have at the bottom of your phone, you have to slide it off again.
Imagine sending your friend a text message after just sliding the iTwinge onto your phone (it’s something else to carry too, keep that in mind). Now you want to go to the internet. You take the iTwinge off and click on Safari. Now you need to type the address of the website you want, so you slide it back on. This sound like fun? Doesn’t to us either.
Thanks, Mobile Mechatronics!
